1.SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders over $150 are sent to you free of charge. Any orders under $150 are charged a flat rate of $10.

We use Australia post for the majority of our orders.

You will receive tracking details via email when we send your goods.

If your order is made prior to 3pm on weekdays, it will be sent that day, providing the items are in stock.

We will contact you if there is any delay with your order.

  

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with the item we have sent you or it was not what you were after we will gladly exchange it for you or give you a store credit. Postage is at your own cost, unless an error was made by Tennis Ranch we will cover any postage costs.

Goods returned must be in the condition they were sent ie;

-       Racquets should still have the plastic on the handle, no scratches or marks on the bumper or frame and no ball hair on the string.

-       Clothing must still have the tags on.

-       Shoes still in box and not worn.

 

3. WARRANTY POLICY

If a product you have purchased is faulty, send it back with the receipt and we will have it examined by the manufacturer. (Postage is at your own cost)

If it is deemed to be faulty we will send you a new one. If the item is no longer in stock we will inform you of this and either send you a similar item, give you a store credit or refund your money.

All racquets have a one year manufacturers warranty. This does not apply to strings or grip.

Some tennis shoes have a six month sole warranty. Generally this process takes about five days.
