Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $10 applies. Most orders are shipped via Australia Post for reliable and trackable service.

Orders placed before 12 PM (AEST) on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day, depending on stock availability. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. We will notify you promptly of any delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date

  • Return Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition:

    • Racquets must have original plastic wrap intact, with no signs of use

    • Apparel must have tags attached

    • Shoes must be unworn, in original packaging

  • Return Shipping: Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is faulty

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.

Warranty Policy

All products are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties.

  • Racquets: 1-year warranty (excluding strings and grips)

  • Tennis Shoes: 6-month sole durability warranty

If you believe your product is faulty:

  1. Contact us with proof of purchase

  2. Return the item for manufacturer inspection (customer pays return shipping)

  3. If a fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a comparable alternative if the original item is unavailable

Most warranty claims are processed within 10 business days.
